As far as I can tell, back in April BYD announced its intention to sell a sodium battery powered Seagull at some point in the future, but you can’t actually buy one.
Yes your correct, I watched a few of the Seagull test drive videos and they state the base models are still lithium ion at this point. Will be interesting to see how long it takes them to implement it and if it lives up to expectations.
