Seems like Exxon found New ways for more efficient Frack Sand. That unlocks more recoverable oil, prolonging the life span of the permian. I think goro is confusing things here and the rollover is years out, nothing near term
Agreed. G&R have been saying the same thing for years at this point and so far have simply been wrong. Don't get me wrong, I think they are directionaly correct and US shale is peaking/plateauing/entering the decline phase. So far they've been proven completely wrong on the time it's gonna take to play out
isn't cemblest a guy who was freaking out about COVID and climate change? seems like a "go with the latest fad" type of guy, with scary charts that are not right (at least in those cases).
But do agree with him here... just find the guy annoying as his big calls get a lot of attention, freak out the media hysteria machine to get more spending on lockdowns and climate stuff
Great stuff. Thanks. I wonder if the gas turbine manufacturers not responding in the increased demand for power generation has created an opportunity for their business to be disrupted. Fuel cells are more thermodynamically efficient and less complex. This could be their chance to reach economies of scale.
Love this!

The recent book "Apple in China" is a pretty good read.
